Terms & Conditions

1. Offers are valid for self-drive rental bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) and vehicle pickups at participating locations from 21 January to 30 April 2020. 
   
2. Offer is valid for rentals with the applicable CDP number, PC number and a valid FlySmiLes membership number of the renter during reservation,
3. Offer is valid on Compact and larger car groups, excluding Hertz Collections.  
4. Rentals in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are subject to a minimum rental of 7 days for 3X Miles and $25 off offer, 5 days for 2X Miles and $25 off offer and 1 day for 2X Miles offer.
5. 500 miles (1 to 6 days rentals) and 750 miles (7 days rentals or more) will be automatically credited to members' account within 6-8 weeks upon completion of qualifying rental.  
   
6. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
7. $25 off will be calculated in local currency at the exchange rate applicable at time of rental.
8. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
9. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
10. Present your FlySmiLes membership card at the rental counter.
11. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
12. Offers are not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
13. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
14. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
15. Standard blackout dates apply.
16. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
