Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is valid for booking of self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 1 July to 30 September 2019 for vehicle pickups at participating locations by 31 October 2019.
  2. Offer is valid for rentals with the applicable CDP number, PC number and valid Asia Miles membership number of the renter.
  3. 6X Miles offer is valid on luxury car groups, including a selection of the Hertz Collections in USA, Australia and New Zealand, and the Premium Cars in Europe.  Up to 4X Miles offer is valid on standard car groups from Compact and above in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.  Additional restrictions may apply by country.
  4. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
  5. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  6. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  7. Present your applicable Asia Miles or Marco Polo Club membership card at the rental counter.
  8. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
  9. Offers are not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
  10. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  11. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  12. Standard blackout dates apply.
  13. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
