Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is valid for booking of self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 1 October 2021 to 15 December 2021 and for vehicle pickups at participating locations by 15 December 2021.
  2. Offer is valid for rentals with the applicable CDP number, PC number and valid Asia Miles membership number of the renter.
  3. For 3X miles + 10% discount: Offer is subject to a minimum of 5 days rental. Valid on all car groups for rentals in Australia and New Zealand; Compact and larger car groups for rentals in Europe; Midsize and larger car groups for rentals in USA and Canada. Offer excludes HERTZ Collections.
  4. For 3X miles + US$25 off + 10% discount: Offer is subject to a minimum of 7 days rental. Valid on all car groups for rentals in Australia and New Zealand; Compact and larger car groups for rentals in Europe; Midsize and larger car groups for rentals in USA and Canada. Offer excludes HERTZ Collections. US$25 off will be applied in destination currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of rental.
  5. For 2X miles + US$25 off + 10% discount: Offer is subject to a minimum of 5 days rental. Valid on all car groups excluding HERTZ Collections. US$25 off will be applied in destination currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of rental.
  6. All vehicles are subject to availability at time of booking.
  7. Discount applies to time and mileage charges only and excludes taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
  8. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  9. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  10. Present your Asia Miles or Marco Polo Club membership card at the rental counter.
  11. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
  12. Offers are not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
  13. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  14. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  15. Standard blackout dates apply.
