- You must be an ALL Accor Live Limitless Platinum member to benefit from this offer.
- To receive the benefits associated with Hertz Presidents Circle, your Hertz Gold membership number must be quoted at the time of reservation.
- If your ALL Accor Live Limitless Platinum member status with Accor Hotels is downgraded or terminated, you will no longer be eligible for membership of President’s Circle and you will be downgraded to Gold Plus Rewards status.
- This discount is only valid for participating Hertz locations and is subject to availability.
- The discount applies to base rate quoted (excluding taxes and any other charges). It does not apply to affiliated rates or rates that are already discounted. Discount does not apply to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft protection (TP) (unless included in the base rate), Vehicle Licensing Fee (VLF), any surcharges (including but not limited to location surcharge or Young Driver Surcharge), taxes or any additional charges and optional extras such as excess waivers (SuperCover), Personal Insurance, snow/chains/tyres, child seats, GPS and fuel which are charged at normal rates.
- Free rental days cover base rate (time and mileage) only. Taxes, optional extras and any other fees are excluded.

- The driver must present a valid credit card and driver's license at pick up.
