Terms and Conditions

  • The offer is valid for bookings created between 01/03/2026 and 31/03/2026 and pick up between 01/03/2026 and 30/06/2026, using offer code CDP 866315 and promotional code PC 212077. Your Miles & More membership number must be inserted at the end of the booking process. 
  • 5 Miles & More miles per Euro will be awarded on time and mileage but not on Taxes and Fuel, optional extras, Contract rates, Tour operator rates, Airline employee rates, Inter company or employee discount rates, Car replacements and insurance rates, Chauffeur services, Promotional, complimentary, or negotiated rates, Barter rentals or any rentals in connection with frequent traveler awards, Gift certificates or vouchers, Wholesale & OTA rates  
  • Offer is available for both pay now and pay later bookings. 
  • Minimum rental period 1 day. 
  • This offer is only valid for Hertz rentals in participating Hertz locations.
  • Hertz 24/7 locations and vehicles are exempt from this promotion.
  • If available at the chosen location, offer will be applied automatically when booking using CDP code, PC code and entering the Miles & More service card number in the reservation. 
  • Free additional driver is only available in Europe. The free additional driver must adhere to all Rental Qualifications and Requirements, such as minimum age and driving license. 
  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, Offer, promotion or corporate rates.
  • The standard earn of 500 Miles and More miles per rental (1.000 for fully electric rentals) still applies. The standard and promotional Miles will be added within 6 weeks to your account after completion of the rental.
  • All rentals are subject to Hertz’s Rental Terms and Rental Qualifications and Requirements.
  • The renter must present a valid credit card, driver's license and Miles & More membership card at pick up. 
  • Hertz reserves the right to change or remove this promotion at any time without notice. If you make any changes to your booking that will result in a re-quote, the offer may no longer apply. Changes resulting in a re-quote after 31/03/2026 will not qualify for the offer.
