Terms and Conditions:

- Offers valid only for daily and weekly reservations in Brazil;

- Discount is valid for rates code LCWD, LCWW, ADVA1D, WENKD, AFLE, AFLA, ECOND, COMPD, EXECD e BWLK1D;

Offer is valid until March 31st, 2017;

- This discount cannot be used combined with another coupon, promotion or special offer;

- The discounts do not apply on taxes and products not included in the rate. For example: return fee, special equipment, GPS, protections, etc.

- A Loyalty Program card or reservation confirmation from Accor will be requested at the counter.

- A 12% administrative charge will be applied on all rental expenses and rates at the end of the rental contract.

- Subject to availability and blackout periods.

- Hertz does not guarantee the choice of car models.  Reservations are made based on the car groups available at each location.

- Rates quoted initially may change in case of any changes made on the original reservation.

- Customers must follow Hertz requirements related to age, driver’s license and credit.

- For payment in installments, minimum amount per installment is R$ 25,00.

 

- Le Club AccorHotels members will receive 3 Rewards points peur Euro spent for every vehicle rental at the eligible rates within the network of participating Hertz agencies worlwide except in USA.
In order to be credited with the Le Club AccorHotels Rewards points for a rental, the Le Club AccorHotels card number must be quoted at the time of booking the vehicle and the Le Club AccorHotels card must be presented when collecting the vehicle.
- The Le Club AccorHotels card must be valid and the name on the Le Club AccorHotels card must match the name of the main driver on the rental contract.
- Members can benefit of the rates and points credit over prepaid and non-prepaid rentals.
- Le Club AccorHotels members can enjoy a ten percent (10%) discount on the eligible international rates on a wide range of vehicles.
- Members of both Le Club AccorHotels and Gold Plus Rewards loyalty programs can have access to particular soft benefits such as:

  - If a member finds that their Le Club AccorHotels Rewards points have not been credited within a maximum of six weeks following car rental from a participating Hertz agency, they may make a complaint by completing the complaint form available on the accorhotels.com website, providing an explanation of their complaint and attaching any supporting evidence, within six months following return of the vehicle. - - For the member to be credited with the Le Club AccorHotels  Rewards points, the invoice corresponding to the complaint must be in the name of the Le Club AccorHotels card holder.

- For any complaint not in regards of the earning of Le Club AccorHotels Rewards points, members have to contact Hertz customer care on Hertz website.
