Earn Bonus Points When you Modify your Profile!

Receive bonus points for modifying your Gold Plus Rewards profile to add a specific optional product - as outlined in your vehicle return receipt. Once you modify your profile, points will be awarded at completion of your next eligible rental - provided the modified preference is still on your profile at the time when the vehicle is returned. Points earned vary by offer.

To modify your profile on Hertz.com:

1. Click on this link to log in to your account. 

2. Enter your Member # or User ID and password.

3. Click on "My Account" and select "My Profile".

4. Scroll down to "Vehicle Preferences" and click on "Edit".

5. On the "U.S./Canada" tab, navigate to the specific preference you wish to modify.

           o  Update the preference for the country that corresponds to the preferred address on your profile.

6. Once you have modified your election, click "Update". And that's it!

Now you're ready to earn your bonus points! Next time you rent, your bonus points will automatically be awarded. To earn bonus points, your eligible rental must take place up to 6 months from the date you were issued the offer... so hurry!

Bonus will be applied to next paid rental after member modifies profile. The check out date of the bonus-earning rental transaction must be no more than 6 months after the offer issue date. The modified preference must be on the member profile at time of vehicle return of the point-earning rental, or points will not be awarded. Bonus may only be earned once per optional product for which the customer has opted in.

Customer must be a Hertz Gold Plus Rewards member to earn the bonus. Bonus points may be earned on rental returns occurring at participating Hertz locations in the U.S. or Canada. Member must select to receive Hertz Gold Plus Rewards points on profile and/or reservation - bonus points will not be awarded on rentals accruing other Frequent Travel Program Points. Bonus points will be added to member's account up to 10 days from the rental return and can be redeemed immediately. Standard rental qualifications and return restrictions apply. Modifying your reservation may result in a change in your rate and/or invalidate this offer. Bonus points may not be earned on rentals that include: Hertz Dream Cars, Pre-Pay Rates, Tour Rates, Insurance Replacement Rates or Hourly Rentals.
