• Discount is off Hertz’s publicly available retail rates (excluding Special Offers) at time of booking at participating Hertz locations worldwide
• Discount applies to time, mileage and all mandatory insurance and waivers that may be included in the base rate charge.
• Discount does not apply to any additional surcharges, Location Service Charge, taxes and any optional extras, including but not limited to Excess Waiver (Super Cover), Personal Accident insurance (PAI), snow chains/tyres, child seats, one-way charges, and GPS, etc..

• Offer only valid if purchased using a VISA Infinite and when quoting their CDP#769985 at time of reservation to receive their discount

Complimentary one-car-class upgrade:
• This is subject to availability and available at participating locations except for the UAE, South Africa and Greece. In the US, the upgrade will only be valid for non-prepaid rentals
• Complimentary one-car-class upgrade (subject to availability and based on availability of larger car at time of rental.) is available through an online printable voucher (downloadable from www.hertz.com/visa/infinite and to be surrendered at the time of rental to redeem upgrade
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick-up
• Entire payment must be made on a valid VISA card
• VISA cardholders are allowed to accept and use this offer as many times as they want during the validity period
• Only one voucher can be used against any rental
• Offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer apart from using VISA CDP#769985
• Free upgrade is for rentals of a maximum of 21 days at participating locations in Middle East
