Rental Qualifications and Requirements

Hertz vehicles cannot be driven outside Yemen. Driving within Yemen may be restricted in certain areas. Prior authorisation should obtained from Hertz. Please check at time of rental.

Should these restrictions be ignored, all insurances (third party liability, LDW, PAI), if accepted, shall be null and void. The driver will be held fully responsible in case of accidents and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle.
