Rental Qualifications and Requirements

Hertz vehicles can be driven into and/or dropped off only in Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro.

Please note a cross border fee of € 20.00 (including tax) applies on all rentals from Kosovo crossing borders into Albania, North Macedonia or Montenegro.

Please note the Kosovo Green Card Insurance is valid only for Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia. 

Should these restrictions be ignored all insurance (Third Party Liability, CDW, TP, SCDW), if accepted, shall be deemed null and void. The driver will be held fully responsible in case of theft, damage to, or loss of the vehicle and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle.
