Rental Qualifications and Requirements

Hertz vehicles cannot be driven out of Kuwait without a prior authority and a written consent from the rental location. The approval is usually granted although it does depend on local conditions at time of rental.

Please note that additional insurance charges will apply and can only be quoted at the time of rental.

Hertz vehicles cannot be dropped off outside of Kuwait and must not be taken by boat.

Should these restrictions be ignored, Third Party Liability, CDW, PAI, if accepted, shall be deemed, null and void. The driver will be held fully responsible in case of damage to, or loss of the vehicle and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle.
