Rental Qualifications and Requirements

The Dubai Road & Transport Authority (RTA) charges a road toll (Salik) of AED 5.25 (including tax) everytime the vehicle passes through the following crossing points:

• Al Garhoud Bridge
• Al Mamzar
• Al Safa
• Al Barsha
• Al Maktoum
• Airport Tunnel Gate

All vehicles are fitted with a "Salik tag" so that when passing through the Salik checkpoint, the vehicle is registered and the toll is harged to the "Salik tag".

At the end of the rental you will be informed of how many times you crossed the Salik points and charged accordingly.
