Rental Qualifications and Requirements

All Hertz vehicles, except for groups (U) BMW X5 or similar and (V) Mercedes E-Class or similar, may be driven outside Serbia (except Albania and Kosovo) with special conditions and only on request from the local Hertz office. The request must be made 5 days prior to the rental pick up date. An additional fee of € 72.00 (including tax) will apply.

Should these restrictions be ignored all insurance (Third Party Liability, CDW, TP, PAI, Super Cover), if accepted, shall be deemed null and void. The driver will be held fully responsible in case of damage to, or loss of the vehicle and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle.
