Rental Qualifications and Requirements

Vehicles may be returned to Ciudad del Este or Encarnacion, however, this cannot be booked on the internet. Additional charges will apply. Please contact the location directly at least 24 hours prior to pick-up.

Vehicles may not be driven outside of Paraguay.

Exceptions:

You can cross the border with the Republic of Brazil to the tourist area of Iguazu Falls, and the city of Puerto Iguazu, border with Argentina, to the tourist area of Iguazu Falls.

A border crossing fee of USD 20.00 per day will apply for all vehicle groups.
