Rental Qualifications and Requirements

There is a Congestion Fee for driving in and out of central Stockholm, Gothenburg and several other regions. You cannot pay the Congestion Fee yourself during the rental.

The Congestion Fee will be added to the rental cost plus an administrative fee of 25 % of the total amount and will be charged at the end of the rental.

Vehicle Registration and Road Tax Fee (Swedish: Väg- och trafikavgift) is a mandatory charge that applies to specific locations. This fee is included in the amount quoted in your rate.

Please note that these fees only cover charges in Sweden.

The location will charge you the actual cost of any Congestion Fee plus an administrative fee of 25 % of the total amount.

For pick-up locations where this fee is not included in your rate, the location will charge the actual Congestion Fee. The costs will depend on several factors (vehicle type, location, time etc) and will be charged at the end of the rental.
