>Pick up your car at the designated Hertz location and don’t just take it for a test-drive around the block, instead kick the tires and feel the ownership for 3 full days.
>Worried about the rental charge? Hertz Rent2Buy® goes the extra mile and offers a 2-hour complimentary test-rent. Simply return the car within the first two hours and we’ll cover the rental charges+.
>If you decide to purchase the car, logon to your account, click Purchase Car and we will contact you to explain the details of the sales process or contact us at 1-888-674-3309.
If you decide not to purchase the car, there are no strings attached, simply return it to Hertz and pay for the rental charges.
*A rental rate of $49 per day will apply for standard rental vehicles. The rental rate of $99 per day will apply for vehicles priced at more than $25,000.00. The daily rental rate applies only to time and mileage charges. Hertz age driver, and credit qualifications for the renting location apply. Taxes, tax reimbursement, age differential charges, fees and optional service charges such as refueling are additional, and are not included in the daily rental rate. If you purchase the vehicle, you will not have to pay any rental charges, except for any optional service charges you accepted. If there is a delay in making payment for the vehicle or completing any required paperwork, you could be asked to return it until payment is made or required documents are provided.
+Rent2Buy will cover the rental charges and fees if the vehicle is returned within the promotional two hour limit. If you exceed this limit and decide not to purchase the car, you will be charged the regular Rent2Buy rental rate. Standard rental terms apply.
Where is Rent2Buy Available?
Currently we sell cars in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Washington.
In order to participate in the Hertz Rent2Buy®, you must reside in one of these states, or you are required to take delivery of the vehicle and complete the purchase in one of these states. If you do not live in one of these states, we apologize for the temporary inconvenience; a dedicated team is working diligently to open operations in new states.
