How it Works
 
Do I have to pay for Gold Choice?
No. When you reserve a Compact car or larger, you can switch to any vehicle in the Gold Choice area at no extra cost. We also have other cars available for a fee within our Upgrade area should you need something different. We also have dedicated personnel to assist with your rental or answer questions. If you don't see the car you are looking for they can help you find exactly what you are looking for.
 
What if I am a Five Star or President’s Circle member?
President’s Circle members are automatically allocated a one car class upgrade from what they reserved, and Five Star members will be given an upgrade whenever available. But you can still select something from the Gold Choice area if you see something you prefer.
 
What if I am already eligible for an upgrade?
The car you reserved, or better, will be ready and waiting for you. Gold Choice gives you the extra freedom to pick something else if it suits your needs that day.
