- 500 points per rental on rentals of 5 or more days
- Spirit Airlines FREE SPIRIT® members are eligible to earn miles at participating Hertz locations worldwide.
- A flight is not required to earn points.
- Spirit Airlines FREE SPIRIT® membership number required to receive point credit.
- You can request Retroactive Point Credit. Retroactive Point Credit can be requested up to 6 months after rental date by clicking on "Retroactive Credit Form" below.
- For rentals in the U.S., when the renter chooses to receive FREE SPIRIT® miles a Frequent Flyer Surcharge of $0.75 per day up to a maximum of $5.25 per rental will apply.
