*Hertz guarantees that the rate and car class, or a higher car class, will be available as reserved, and the vehicle will be clean and in good mechanical condition. Should a problem exist at the time of vehicle pick-up, customer should notify the Rental Representative prior to leaving the rental location and it will be corrected.
**No charge for an additional driver who is a CAA member, holds a major credit card in his/her name and meets standard rental qualifications.

CAA Dollars® Awarded:
CAA Dollars® can now be earned on qualifying rentals of all vehicle classes (car and truck) at participating airport and off-airport locations worldwide. CAA Members can earn:
- 5 CAA Dollars® per weekly car rental (minimum 5 days)
- 25 CAA Dollars® per monthly car rental (minimum 28 days)
- To request missing CAA Dollars® Credit, click the "Retroactive Credit Form" below for details. Retroactive CAA Dollars® Credit can be requested through May 31, 2018.
Quote your CAA Member number when making reservations and present your CAA Membership card at time of rental. No flight required to earn CAA Dollars®.
