A) Discount Savings
• To receive the benefits associated with Hertz Gold Plus Rewards® membership, your Gold membership number must be quoted at the time of reservation.
• Up to 15% off best available retail rates will be displayed when the Mastercard Cardholder enters their Gold Plus Rewards membership or relevant CDP associated.
• Discount applies on best available published Retail rates (excluding Special Offers) at time of booking.
• Discount applies to time, mileage and all mandatory insurance and waivers that may be included in the base rate charge.
• When booking, pre-paid rates are quoted in home currencies (e.g. Sterling when booking from UK), non-prepaid rates will be quoted in the local currency.
• All rentals outside of EMEA must be pre-booked in Europe, Middle East and Africa prior to departure.
• Renters must meet all Hertz qualifications, standards and requirements as per the terms and conditions of Hertz rental agreements. Visit the Hertz website at www.hertz.com for full details.
• Minimum rental age is 23 years (exceptions may apply in select markets).
• Standard fuel charges apply.
• Rates fluctuate throughout the year based on supply or demand.
• Refunds are not available for ‘no shows’.

• The vehicle must only be driven by the renter or another individual who has been authorised by Hertz and added to the Rental Record.

B) One Car Class Upgrade
• One car class upgrade is guaranteed at participating Hertz locations in the U.S., Canada, Namibia, South Africa and participating airport locations in Europe (Brussels, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Helsinki, Oslo, Rovaniemi, Turku, Paris Orly, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Marseille, Nice, Toulouse, Lyon, Bordeaux, Athens, London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Dublin, Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino, Amsterdam, Vienna, Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, Stockholm, Goteborg, Geneva and Zurich) for World Elite cardholders who are Hertz Gold Plus Rewards President’s Circle members with a 48 hour advance reservation.
• One car class upgrade is at the discretion of the rental location at all other Hertz locations worldwide.
• Maximum upgrade is to a Full-size car with a minimum reserved Compact vehicle. For Compact 4-Door rentals, maximum upgrade will be to a Full-Size 4-Door car. Guaranteed upgrade is to the next car class only. This excludes Special Equipment such as Minivans, SUVs. One car-class upgrade does not apply to Premium Vehicles or Local Collections.
• Upgrades do not apply to rentals longer than 30 days.
