- Special Instructions – If there are no Hertz employees at the Hertz counter at time of pick-up, please use the self-service kiosk. Identify yourself with the credit card used when placing the reservation, and your driver license matching the size of a plastic credit card. The credit card must be equipped with a chip and a 4-digit pincode and must belong to the renter/main driver. The driver license must be in Roman script only. No other form of identification is valid. You will also need your reservation number at time of pick-up. At the time of rental a deposit is obtained on your credit card, there must be sufficient credit on your card to cover all charges. This rental location has a self-service key box. When the office is unattended, the car key can be retrieved from the self-service key box by entering the code you receive after electronically signing the rental agreement.
