A uniformed Hertz Representative with a sign with your name will meet you outside the Baggage claim area to take you to the Hertz facility.
Reservations will only be held for 2 hours after scheduled pickup time within office hours. If a flight is late, the reservation will be held for 2 hours past the new time of arrival or until closing, whichever comes first.
