Lekstraat is near the centre of the Dutch city of The Hague, so if you pick up a hire car here you’ll be able to tour all the attractions easily. The street is very close to the city’s Central bus and rail stations. It’s also well placed to join the road network: the east-west A12 motorway is just on the other side of the railway tracks and that links to the north-south A4. If you hire a car at Lekstraat or the Central Station you’ll be able to drive to all areas of the Dutch seat of government, from the beach to the International Court of Justice.
If you pick up a hire car in Lekstraat or Central Station in The Hague, you’ll find yourself in the heart of the city. It’s a very short drive to major sights like the Mauritshuis, a gallery of classic Dutch paintings, or Escher in Het Paleis, a gallery of graphic art in a former mansion. Nearby you’ll be able to see the historic Binnenhof Parliament building and City Hall. Hiring a car is the easiest way to tour this compact city full of national monuments and landmarks - and still have time to drive to the beach afterwards.
