If you are experiencing issues opening your receipt details, please consult the instructions below on how to enable pop-ups on your browser of choice. You must allow pop-ups in the browser settings before the receipts information can be displayed correctly.

 

Chrome: (Allow Hertz.com Only)

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (upper right)
2. Select “Settings”
3. Click “Show Advanced Settings”
4. In the “Privacy” section, click the “Content Settings” button
5. In the “Pop-ups” section, click “Manage exceptions…”
6. Enter “www.hertz.com” and set to “Allow”
7. Click OK on “Manage exceptions” and OK on “Content Settings”

 

Chrome: (Allow All Pop-ups)

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (upper right)
2. Select “Settings”
3. Click “Show Advanced Settings”
4. In the “Privacy” section, click the “Content Settings” button
5. In the “Pop-ups” section, select “Allow all sites to show pop-ups”
6. Click OK on “Content Settings”

 

Firefox: (with Menu Bar Displayed)

1. Click “Tools” menu button
2. Select “Options”
3. Select “Content” tab
4. Uncheck the checkbox "Block pop-up windows" and click OK.

 

Firefox: (with FireFox Drop-down Displayed)

1. Click Firefox drop-down menu button in top left
2. Select “Options”
3. Select “Content” tab
4. Uncheck the checkbox "Block pop-up windows" and click OK.

 

Internet Explorer 8/9: (Allow All Pop-ups)

1. Click the “Tools” menu button
2. Mouse over the “Pop-up Blocker” menu item
3. Click “Turn Off Pop-up Blocker”

 

Internet Explorer 8/9: (Allow Hertz.com Only)

1. Click the “Tools” menu button
2. Mouse over the “Pop-up Blocker” menu item
3. Click “Pop-up Blocker Settings”
4. Enter “www.hertz.com” into field for “Address of website to allow” and click “Add”
5. Change “Blocking Level” to “Low: Allow pop-ups from secure sites”
   Click “Close”

 

Safari Browser on Mac OS:

1. Click Safari menu button on top left
2. Click “Preferences” option
3. Select “Security” tab
4. Un-select the "Block pop-up windows" and close security window by clicking on X.

 

Safari Browser on Windows OS:

1. Click Safari settings button on the top right
2. Click “Preferences” option
3. Select “Security” tab
4. Un-select the "Block pop-up windows" and close security window by clicking on X.
