United Kingdom: Upgrade + Save up to $55

Reservations must be made in the U.S. at least 8 hours prior to vehicle pickup. Offer applies to Affordable Prepaid and Non-Prepaid Rates, minimum 3 days.  Blackout periods may apply.  Offer is not valid on Collections.  Offer is not combinable with any other offer, discount, certificate or promotion, except with each other.  Offer is not available on rentals reserved through tour operators, corporate/contract rates, or promotional rates, etc.  Taxes, surcharges, airport fees, vehicle licensing fees and optional items, such as refueling, are extra.  Standard Affordable Rate rules and restrictions apply.  Optional Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection are available at an additional charge.  Standard rental conditions and return restrictions must be met.  Standard driver and credit qualifications for the rental location apply.  Minimum rental age is 25 (exceptions may apply).

 
Upgrade is subject to larger car availability at time of rental pickup.  Offer is valid on manual shift vehicles only. 

Free Additional Driver discount will be deducted in local currency at time of rental pickup.  The savings amount of USD $55 noted is based on a rental in the United Kingdom and using the currency conversion rate as of April 11, 2013.   All additional drivers must produce a valid driver’s license at the time and place where they are added onto a rental agreement and must meet the same Hertz terms and conditions as for renting. The number of additional drivers is limited to the number of passenger seats in the vehicle rented. Additional drivers can be added at any time during a rental provided the terms and conditions are complied with.
