Terms and Conditions: Offer valid on one-way rentals picked up at participating Florida Airport and Neighborhood locations between 4/1/2013 and 5/31/2013 and returned at a participating location in the continental US (excluding the state of Florida).  The $9.95/day rate is available on Economy through Fullsize rentals, a $15.95/day rate on Midsize and SUV rentals, with a $25.95/day rate available on Minivan rentals.  Minimum one day and maximum 21 day rental required.  Depending on the rental location, the following charges may apply: a Vehicle Licensing Cost Recovery (VLCR) of 1.4% per rental; an Airport Use Fee/Customer Facility Charge of up to $4.60 a day or $6.60 per rental; and an Airport/Hotel Concession Fee Recovery or Airport Access Fee of up to 24% per rental.  These fees are required to be paid as a condition to rental.  Government surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursement and optional items, such as refueling or additional driver fees are extra.  Optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is $30 a day or less.  Advance reservations are required.  Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.  Standard rental conditions and return restrictions must be met.  Age differential charges and certain exceptions may apply.  Call your travel agent or Hertz (at 1-800-654-3131) to determine the amount of all charges applicable to your rental.  Offer has no cash value and may not be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount.
